Delivery & Returns

Our delivery charges to UK mainland addresses are: £5.99+VAT for one item; £8.99+VAT for two or more items.  Please contact us for delivery to other areas - we can deliver worldwide.

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours on a 1-2 day service.  Please allow for weekends and bank holidays; deliveries will not be made on these days.

When delivered, it is the receivers’ duty to check the goods. In the absence of any written notification of damage or loss being entered onto the consignment note at time of delivery it will be presumed that the consignment has been delivered complete.

You must check all the goods for defects or missing parts. Absolutely no claim whatsoever will be accepted by us for any consequential losses incurred by you due to delivery delays and or missing and broken items etc.

You must do all that you can to enable delivery to take place at the given time and place.  If the delivery fails as a result of circumstances within your control, the cost of any re-delivery shall be your responsibility. If we are unable to arrange a date for re-delivery we may cancel your order and refund the price of the goods minus the failed delivery costs and any extra transport costs incurred for having the order returned.

Prior to your order being despatched you will receive an email from us stating the delivery method and estimated delivery date.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

Zedlock uses the services of third-party couriers and occasionally the courier may fail to provide the level of service expected.  If this does occur, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of items. We will not be able to refund the standard delivery charge for items which do not arrive on the expected delivery date.

If your order does not arrive when expected, please call us on 01798 342251. We will then contact the relevant courier to investigate the issue.


If you wish to collect your order, please contact us prior to placing your order online.


Cancellation of order: you may cancel an order provided it has not already been despatched.

Returning goods: you may return goods within 14 days provided the product(s) are in original condition and any packaging has not been removed or damaged.

Costs for returning non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
