Terms & Conditions

Our Contract

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Zedlock Ltd.

For the purposes of identification the terms 'us, we, our' and the Company will refer to Zedlock Ltd. The term 'you' will refer to the customer of Zedlock Ltd.

Price & Payment

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order plus any charges for delivery and or other services as set out in the checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust the price of goods due to market fluctuations but we will confirm the cost with you before agreeing your order. We are not obliged to accept your order or decline it or limit the order amount.

We must receive payment for the cost of your order and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed.

Delivery

We will aim to deliver your order within the stated delivery time; however, you must check all the goods for defects or missing parts. Absolutely no claim whatsoever will be accepted by us for any consequential losses incurred by you due to delivery delays and or missing and broken items etc.

You must do all that you can to enable delivery to take place at the given time and place. Prior to your order being despatched you will receive an email from us stating the delivery method.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund by sending an email to sales@zedlock.com  and quoting your reference number. This must be received prior to despatch of your goods.

You may return any goods to us for a full refund so long as the goods are sent back to us within 14 days of purchase and in their original packaging/perfect condition. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the transport costs. You must email to tell us of any returns at the earliest point.

Goods returned to us later than 14 days after purchase: we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge.

Should you find any of our products to be faulty; these can be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase. You must notify us by phone or email. We will carry out an inspection to clarify whether the item is faulty or has been damaged.  All of our products are guaranteed against faulty operation for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Please note this does not include perforation or discolouration.

Stock Availability

All of the items that our listed on our website are normally held in stock, however we may occasionally be unable to complete orders due to low stock or items that become obsolete. If this is the case, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
